Robert N. Charette, an internationally known lecturer, journalist and
author on risk management, is President of the ITABHI Corporation. Dr.
Charette serves as advisor to Fortune 100 companies and senior US and
foreign government officials on the effectiveness, impacts and risks of
their information and telecommunications systems technology programs.
Dr. Charette authored the information technology risk management policy
guidelines for the UK Government and served on the US National Academy's
National Research Council Select Panel evaluating the effectiveness of
the NASA space shuttle software safety program. He served as Chairman of
the National Security Industrial Association's (NSIA) Software
Committee. Dr. Charette sits on the US Software Engineering Institute's
