Dave
Chapman, Founder, Chairman & CEO

Mr. Chapman has been Chairman and CEO of The NorthPoint Group since the
company’s formation in February 1992.
Mr. Chapman is currently on the board where he served as audit and
compensation committee chairman for
both private and public companies. He also is engaged in numerous speaking
engagements on the concept of risk management for the IT industry as
well as important new trends in managing technology. He has been a
visiting lecturer at the Sloan School for Management at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, he lectures at
Rutgers University, Vanderbilt, and SMU and teaches a curriculum at
Clark University.
He holds a Masters Degree from MIT and spent twenty-two years in IBM
Management positions. He then became Senior Vice President at Data
General for six years and then CEO of a public software company
before joining Landmark Partners. Landmark is a venture investment firm
where he was a General Partner and Executive Vice President before
forming NorthPoint.

Richard Iler,
COO

A 25+ year industry veteran, Rich IIer serves as the
company's COO and Managing Director. He is responsible for the
company's service to all of our accounts. Prior to joining
NorthPoint, Rich spent 3+ years with CapGemini Ernst & Young, 15 years
with Ernst & Young and 3+ years in industry with Owens Illinois.
A graduate in Supply Chain and an MBA specialization in MIS, Rich is
currently on the board of directors at a number of organizations.
He also is engaged in numerous speaking engagements regarding the
automotive industry and on the concept of risk management.

Bill
King, VP

Bill is a Vice
President and seasoned professional with over 28 years of experience in
helping global companies such as Ford, Honda, and Coca-Cola assess,
design and implement strategies and methods to improve their business
performance.
He has
facilitated numerous sessions with senior executives from global
organizations to help surface performance issues, identify
critical organizational inhibitors to achieving improved results, and
design solutions to enhance business performance by leveraging people,
process and / or information technology initiatives.

Alan
Taracuk, VP

Alan is a Vice President with over 25
years experience in developing products, improving the product
development process and streamlining business operations. The list of
clients he has worked with include: Ford, Boeing Commercial Aircraft,
Motorola, Johnson Controls, Nokia, and Emerson Network Power.
Alan has a focus on Product and Process Innovation with emphasis on
creating sustainable corporate innovation. He has global expertise in
improving all aspects of New Product Development (engineering,
marketing, and program management) operations including strategy,
organization, process and information technology. He is recognized
leader in the areas of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Knowledge
Based Engineering (KBE). Prior to NorthPoint, Alan was a Partner with
Ernst & Young, a Vice President with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and
President of his own firm.

Ira B. Dauberman, VP

Ira is a Vice President and seasoned professional with over 35 years of
business experience. He has worked for companies ranging in size from
start-ups to multi-billion dollar global enterprises, in various
capacities ranging from individual contributor to Executive Management.
Earlier in his career, he worked with early adopters of such diverse
technologies as Manufacturing Resource Planning, Medical Imaging,
Digital Video, and Digital Communications. He continues working with
local entrepreneurs, helping them with their business plans, marketing
and sales strategies and fundraising.
For the last ten years, and most
recently as a Vice President at Siemens, Ira has focused on Product
Lifecycle Management (PLM) helping companies such as Boeing,
Lockheed/Martin, and Intel, re-engineer processes to improve
efficiencies in the design and manufacture of their products.

Archie Cameron, VP

Archie is a Vice President and accomplished operations improvement
leader, with expertise in business transformation through revenue
enhancement, cost reduction, risk management, organization design and
the application of IT. He has specific experience in supply chain
optimization and strategic planning at the board level, and has a deep
knowledge of customer service operations.
With knowledge and experience gained in a
many global industry sectors and in the UK public sector, Archie has
worked with a broad range of global and domestic clients to address
their operational and organizational issues in periods of both economic
growth and decline.
Previously a Partner with Ernst & Young, a Vice President with Capgemini
and a Managing Director with KPMG, Archie led and delivered consulting
and technology services in the US and Europe. Prior to that he worked in
UK public accounting and gained industrial experience with BAE Systems.
In addition to holding an MBA, Archie is a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
