NorthPoint maintains and
works with a network of companies that provide highly capable, unique
and a complimentary suite of tools and services. The network, when taken
as a whole provides the highest level of service and is designed to
provide our mutual clients with the greatest return on their investment.
Some of the companies in the network share back-office operations
(finance, human resources), distribution (sales) and implementation
services with the intent of reducing the collective overhead cost
associated with these internal services. Many in the network are former
services employees of Ernst & Young and IBM.
The NorthPoint Network can be viewed as having three capability sets;
advanced support for complex engineering and manufacturing, leadership
support for information technology programs, and consulting expertise
for corporate initiatives.
