Our software-based tools are supported by
databases that contain over 7,000 Fundamental Business
Activities (FBA’s) and the Steps, Tasks, and Processes (STP’s)
that support the FBA’s. From our initial research and continuing
assessments and performance measurements, we have identified
what the better performing organizations do in terms of the
FBA’s and the STP’s (all enterprises run on an engine that are
supported by the FBA’s and STP’s). Therefore, we are able to
identify what is required to achieve and sustain peak
performance (what FBA’s and STP’s are used to support the
organization and how well is the organization performing them)
resulting in “Best-in-Class” results.
We have validated that the better performing
enterprises identify their missing FBA’s and STP’s and take
proactive steps to manage them, therefore consistently having
better and more sustained performance. Their offerings are more
successful, their business infrastructure more effective, and
their processes more efficient. Unfortunately, it is a small
percentage of organizations, five to six percent (5%-6%) that
have this KEP™ (Knowledge, Experience, and Performance).
Therefore, having a suite of software-based tools that provides
this capability is invaluable to our customers.
